5月31日下午，市公明供水调蓄工程管理处在一楼新会议室举办“双周学法”专题讲座，全体干部职工参加。 会上，管理处相关负责人领学了习近平总书记关于依法治国的重要讲话精神，专题讲解了水库管理法律法规常用法条、常见问题处置方式、委托执法履职内涵及执法程序等内容。他表示，全体干部职工要深刻认识到水行政执法是水库管理的重要抓手，要善于运用法治思维、法治手段来守住水源保护区的生态红线，守护水资源环境质量的生命底色。各部门要深入学习水库管理常用法条的深刻内涵，切实履行上级部门委托的执法职责。要进一步梳理水务工程建设领域常用的强制性条款，以及工程施工常见问题处理的法理依据。（市公明供水调蓄工程管理处 曾鹏飞）
