为贯彻落实《深圳市关于应对新冠肺炎疫情进一步帮助市场主体纾困解难若干措施》精神，进一步减轻市场主体负担，全力帮助市场主体渡过难关，根据我市政府物业租金减免的有关要求，市本级行政事业单位若存在对外出租政府物业，承租方为制造业小微企业、服务业小微企业、个体工商户和民办幼儿园的，为本次租金减免对象。对于服务业小微企业和个体工商户，按2022年1-3月份租金全免，4-6月份租金减半执行。在减免期限内已交租金且在合同有效期内的，可顺延享受减免政策抵扣后续租金。现就我局政府物业租金减免情况公示如下： 经核，我局符合政策减免规定的物业共5处，共计减免租金163,457.55元（详见附件），以上事项接受群众监督。如有举报，可拨打举报电话：0755-83072888；政府物业减租政策咨询电话：0755-83072552。 附件：深圳市水务局政府物业减免租金明细表深圳市水务局2022年7月5日
