2022年7月1日下午，市排水管理处组织签署坂雪岗水质净化厂（一期）运营移交备忘录。该厂是我市第一个建成并投入运行的BOT污水处理项目，也是首个期满后正式移交的BOT项目。 坂雪岗水质净化厂（一期）设计处理规模4万m³\/天，采用改良A2O+紫外消毒工艺，项目于2002年10月动工兴建，2004年7月1日正式投入使用，运营期为20年，累计为坂雪岗片区22.8平方公里约66.4万人处理约2.92亿立方米污水，为保障坂雪岗片区水环境高质量发展作出了巨大贡献。（市排水管理处 吴路林）
