《深圳经济特区安全生产监督管理条例》（以下简称《条例》）经深圳市第七届人民代表大会常务委员会第十次会议于2022年6月23日通过，自2022年9月1日起施行。 《条例》是根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》和有关法律、行政法规的基本原则，结合深圳经济特区实际，对安全生产监督管理作出了较为全面、系统的规定，《条例》对于我市提升应急管理治理体系和治理能力现代化，加强和规范安全生产监督管理，防止和减少生产安全事故，保障人民群众生命和财产安全，促进经济社会持续健康和高质量发展将起到重要作用。
