江门市人民政府办公室文件 江府办［2008］14号 关于停止减免蓬江区江海区 城市基础设施配套费的通知 各市、区人民政府，市直有关单位： 根据《财政部关于加强政府非税收入管理的通知》（财综［2004］53号）及省物价局、省财政厅《关于公布现行省定行政事业性收费项目目录的通知》（粤价［2007］103号）精神，经市政府市长办公会议研究决定，江府办［2001］17号、江府办［2006］46号、江府办［2007］13号等有关减免（抵顶）城市基础设施配套费的文件停止执行。国家、省有关政策规定可实行减免的建设项目，由申请者提出书面申请，报市政府审批。 本通知从2008年2月25日起执行，各市、新会区政府参照执行。 江门市人民政府办公室 二○○八年三月十日 （采集：赵岚 编审：叶海林）
