This notice adjusts the monthly minimum wage for enterprise employees in the city to 950 yuan/month and the hourly minimum wage for part-time employees to 9.3 yuan/hour, effective March 1, 2011, and requires strict enforcement of the minimum wage system.

江府函［2011］7号 各市、区人民政府，市有关单位： 根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《最低工资规定》（劳动保障部令第21号）和省政府《关于调整我省企业职工最低工资标准的通知》（粤府函〔2011〕15号）精神，决定从2011年3月1日起，将我市企业职工月最低工资标准调整为950元\/月，非全日制职工小时最低工资标准调整为9.3元\/小时。有条件的企业可通过签订工资集体协议，在新标准基础上适当提高本单位职工最低工资标准。 各市、区要严格执行最低工资保障制度，加强宣传和检查监督，切实保障职工的合法权益。 江门市人民政府 二○一一年一月三十日
