为进一步贯彻落实我市地方政府债务信息公开工作的要求，自觉接受社会监督，有效防范地方政府债务风险，按照《财政部关于印发〈地方政府债务信息公开办法（试行）〉的通知》（财预〔2018〕209号）规定，现将我局截至2021年末和2022年5月末地方政府债券存续期信息予以公开（附件1-2）。 2019年深圳市（本级）污水处理专项债券（一期）-2019年深圳市政府专项债券（一期）发行专项债券4亿元，专门用于我局组织实施的水务项目-龙华水质净化厂二期提标改造工程及横岭水质净化厂二期提标改造工程建设。截至2021年末和2022年5月末，4亿元专项债券已全部使用完毕，实现了专款专用的目标。 附件：1.2017年-2021年发行的存续期新增专项债券情况表 2.2017年-2021年发行的存续期新增专项债券资金收支情况表深圳市水务局 2022年7月13日
