关于江门市江海中心区（JH02-H）控制性详细规划的批复 市城乡规划局： 你局《关于报请批准〈江门市江海中心区（JH02-H）控制性详细规划〉的请示》（江规〔2012〕22号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、《江门市江海中心区（JH02-H）控制性详细规划》(以下简称《规划》)符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》、《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定，符合江门市城市总体规划，予以批准并公布。 二、《规划》范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按《规划》的要求实施。 三、今后如需对《规划》进行修改，应按照法定程序报批。 江门市人民政府 二○一二年六月十四日 抄送：江海区政府，市国土资源局、市水务局、市城管局
