江府办函〔2013〕17号 各市、区人民政府，市有关单位： 为全面总结我市 2012年度政府信息公开工作情况，做好政府信息公开工作年度报告。现将有关事项通知如下： 一、根据《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》关于每年公布本行政机关的政府信息公开工作年度报告的要求，请各单位于2013年 3月 1日前将本单位的政府信息公开工作年度报告报送市府办公室，并自行在本单位网站和江门市政府信息公开平台上发布。 二、为了解我市依申请公开政府信息情况，请各单位填写《2012年依申请公开政府信息工作情况统计表》（见附件 ），于2013年 3 月 1 日前报市府办公室（联系科室：政务公开科，联系人：冯建华，联系电话：3273168）。 附件：2012年依申请公开政府信息工作情况统计表 江门市人民政府办公室 2013年 1月 18日
