This notice adjusts the monthly minimum wage for enterprise employees in Jiangmen to 1130 RMB/month and the hourly minimum wage for part-time employees to 11.1 RMB/hour, effective May 1, 2013, and requires strict enforcement and supervision of the minimum wage system.

江府函〔2013〕11号各市、区人民政府，市有关单位：根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《最低工资规定》（劳动保障部令第 21号）和《广东省人民政府关于调整我省企业职工最低工资标准的通知》（粤府函〔2013〕27号）精神，决定从 2013年 5月 1日起，将我市企业职工月最低工资标准调整为 1130元 \/月，非全日制职工小时最低工资标准调整为 11.1元 \/小时。有条件的企业可通过签订工资集体协议，在新标准基础上适当提高本单位职工最低工资标准。各市、区和有关单位要严格执行最低工资保障制度，加强对提高最低工资标准的宣传和检查监督，切实保障广大职工的合法权益。江门市人民政府 2013年2月7日
