江府〔2015〕5号 各市、区人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构，中直、省直驻江门有关单位：现将《江门市推进基本公共服务均等化综合改革总体思路和实施路径》等文件印发给你们，请认真组织实施，实施过程中遇到的问题，请径向市基本公共服务均等化综合改革试点工作领导小组办公室（设在市财政局）反映。各市、区要参照市的实施细则、配套文件及项目清单内容，结合各地实际，制定相关制度文件。各专题牵头部门要研究制定每年度具体实施方案，并将相关资金需求纳入年度预算编制。同时，各市、区和各部门单位要加强与上级的沟通联系，及时解决基本公共服务均等化综合改革试点工作中存在问题和困难，确保我市基本公共服务均等化工作目标任务顺利完成。江门市人民政府2015年1月7日
