江府函〔2015〕28号各市、区人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构：根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《最低工资规定》（原劳动保障部令第21号）和《广东省人民政府关于调整我省企业职工最低工资标准的通知》（粤府函〔2015〕20号）精神，决定从2015年5月1日起，将我市企业职工最低工资月标准调整为1350元\/月，非全日制职工小时最低工资标准调整为13.3元\/小时。有条件的企业可通过签订工资集体协议，在新标准基础上适当提高本单位职工最低工资标准。各市、区和有关单位要严格执行最低工资保障制度，加强对提高最低工资标准的宣传和检查监督，切实保障广大职工的合法权益。江门市人民政府 2015年2月17日
