江府函〔2016〕221号 市民政局： 《关于报请批准江门东部“三区一市”养老设施布局专项规划（2015-2020）的请示》（江民福〔2016〕86号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、《江门东部“三区一市”养老设施布局专项规划（2015-2020）》（以下简称《规划》）符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》的有关规定，符合江门市与鹤山市的城市总体规划，予以批准并公布。 二、该《规划》范围内的各类养老设施的规划、建设和管理，应严格按本规划的要求实施。 三、该《规划》可作为控制性详细规划编制与调整的技术依据。 四、今后如需对《规划》进行修改，应按照法定程序报批。 江门市人民政府 2016年12月1日
