按照《深圳河湾中心文化形象建设“三年行动”计划》，深圳河湾中心于近期组织开展了2022年文化建设系列活动之“换岗记”。 活动内容为深圳河湾中心各部门分别派1至2名代表，到其他部门进行为期一日的换岗体验。在“新岗位”上，大家体验不同于自身岗位的工作内容，比如泵闸巡检、河道巡查、档案管理、水质检测、水情教育基地运营管理和巡查环库绿道等工作。本次活动，用“行其路，历其事”的方式，加深了各部门间的联系交流，促进了职工凝聚力的提升。 下一步，深圳河湾中心将继续开展文化建设系列活动，进一步丰富职工精神文化生活，促进深圳河湾中心文化体系的形成。
