未来2天给我市带来风雨影响的东风波动加强为热带低压，中心位于我市东南方370公里，逐渐趋向珠江口东侧沿海，较大可能于4日早晨到上午在惠州到汕尾沿海登陆，继续增强可能性小。4-5日我市有暴雨，局部大暴雨，累计雨量70-100毫米，局部120毫米以上，深汕局部可达150毫米以上，沿海和高地有7级左右大风。深圳市气象台2022年08月03日18时30分发布全市台风白色预警。全市进入台风注意状态。
