各有关部门： 在2022年3月发布的《深圳市住房和建设局行政处罚自由裁量权基准》的基础上，我局结合执法工作需要，对2020年修订的《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》和2022年出台的《深圳经济特区绿色建筑条例》中15个与我局行政处罚相关的具备裁量权空间的条款，制定了行政处罚自由裁量权基准，形成了《深圳市住房和建设局行政处罚自由裁量权基准（新增类II）》（2022年版）），现予印发（详见附件），请遵照执行。 特此通知。 附件：《深圳市住房和建设局行政处罚自由裁量权基准（新增类II）》（2022年版） 深圳市住房和建设局 2022年11月1日（联系人：刘国瑜，电话：0755—83788121）
