一、负责市本级筹备的救灾物资品种数量的评估工作，拟订年度救灾物资筹备计划；负责市本级救灾物资购置、储备、管护、调拨使用和回收、报废及运输等。 二、协助开展储备粮、冻猪肉等重要物资储备政策落实情况的监督、考核，并负责对数量、质量、安全等方面进行日常巡查。 三、承担全市粮食储备和市场的调查监测、统计分析相关工作。 四、配合开展政府投资粮食仓储基础设施建设及全市粮食等战略和应急物资信息系统建设，协助对粮食等重要物资储备进行在线监管。 五、承担市发展改革委交办的其他任务。
