国家发展改革委 财政部关于银行业、保险业和证券期货业监管费收费标准有关问题的通知<br>

银保监会、证监会：<br>
  根据《财政部、发展改革委关于证券期货业、银行业和保险业监管费有关问题的通知》（财税〔2021〕65号），自2021年1月1日起，银保监会恢复征收银行业监管费、保险业监管费，证监会恢复征收证券期货业机构监管费；对北京证券交易所自开市之日起收取证券业务监管费。现将相关监管收费标准及有关问题通知如下。<br>
  一、银行业监管费（包括机构监管费和业务监管费）、保险业监管费（包括机构监管费和业务监管费）、证券期货业机构监管费收费标准暂按照暂免征收政策出台前的收费标准执行。<br>
  二、证监会对北京证券交易所征收的证券业务监管费执行与上海、深圳证券交易所相同的征收标准。<br>
  三、国家发展改革委、财政部将会同你部门对相关收费标准进行全面评估，根据情况变化，适时进行调整。<br>
