为进一步推进清洁发展机制项目在中国的有序开展，促进清洁发展机制市场的健康发展，我们对《清洁发展机制项目运行管理办法》进行了修订。现予发布，自发布之日起施行。2005年10月12日施行的《清洁发展机制项目运行管理办法》同时废止。
