各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市、新疆生产建设兵团发展改革委、测绘地理信息局（测绘地理信息行政主管部门、测绘地理信息主管部门）：<br>
为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》及《全国基础测绘中长期规划纲要（2015－2030年）》有关要求，推动测绘地理信息事业加快发展，不断拓展覆盖领域和空间，全面提升服务保障能力，我们会同有关部门编制了《测绘地理信息事业“十三五”规划》。现印发你们，请遵照实施。<br>
