为了规范车辆识别代号管理现场审查工作，根据《车辆识别代号管理办法（试行）》（国家发展和改革委员会公告2004年第66号）的有关规定，国家发展和改革委员会制定了《车辆识别代号管理现场审查实施办法（试行）》，现予以发布，并于2007年11月1日起施行，请各有关单位按照执行。<br>
