为贯彻落实国务院关于开展《民法典》涉及行政规范性文件清理工作的部署要求，维护国家法制统一、尊严和权威，市政府对以市政府、市政府办公厅名义印发的行政规范性文件进行了全面清理，现决定对《北京市国有建设用地供应办法(试行)》(京政发〔2005〕6号，以下简称《供应办法》)的部分内容予以修订。<br>
《供应办法》第二十五条中“土地有偿使用期限届满，土地使用者需继续使用土地的，应当至迟于有偿使用期满前一年向土地行政主管部门提出申请，未申请或者申请未获批准的，期满后的土地使用权由政府无偿收回”修改为“住宅建设用地使用权期限届满的，自动续期。非住宅建设用地使用权期限届满，土地使用者需要继续使用土地的，应当至迟于有偿使用期满前一年提出续期申请，未申请或者申请未获批准的，期满后的土地使用权由政府无偿收回”。<br>
本决定自公布之日起施行。<br>
