This notice announces the results of a centralized review of administrative normative documents issued or co-issued by the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, publishing two lists: one for documents to be repealed and one for documents to be retained.

为贯彻落实国家和我市行政规范性文件动态清理有关要求，北京市商务局对制发的或牵头 制发的现行有效的行政规范性文件（截至2023年8月31日备案）进行了集中清理。<br>
现将清理结果《北京市商务局决定废止的行政规范性文件目录》与《北京市商务局决定保留的行政规范性文件目录》予以公布。<br>
特此通知。<br>
