沪环保科〔2016〕83号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《城镇污水处理厂大气污染物排放标准》（DB31/982-2016）为本市地方污染物排放标准，自发布之日起实施。请自行印发该标准，并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br>
特此批复。<br>
