《上海市人民政府关于废止<上海市养老机构管理办法>的决定》已经２０１４年９月２９日市政府第６２次常务会议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起生效。<br>

(２０１４年１０月９日上海市人民政府令第２３号公布)<br>
上海市第十四届人大常委会第十一次会议审议通过了《上海市养老机构条例》，自２０１４年６月１日起施行。为此，市政府决定，废止１９９８年６月８日上海市人民政府令第５６号发布、根据２０１０年１２月２０日上海市人民政府令第５２号公布的《上海市人民政府关于修改<上海市农机事故处理暂行规定>等１４８件市政府规章的决定》修正并重新发布的《上海市养老机构管理办法》。<br>
本决定自公布之日起生效。
