各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
经评估，2010年9月市政府批转市住房保障房屋管理局等六部门制订的《本市发展公共租赁住房的实施意见》（沪府发〔2010〕32号）需继续实施，其有效期延长至2020年6月30日。<br>
特此通知。<br>
