The Shanghai Municipal Government approves the 'Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standards' (DB31/387-2014) as a local pollutant emission standard, effective October 1, 2014, and instructs the Environmental Protection Bureau and the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to publish and implement it.

沪环保科〔2014〕278号文收悉。经研究，市政府同意《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》（DB31/387-2014）为地方污染物排放标准，自2014年10月1日起实施。请自行印发并会同有关部门和单位按此执行。<br>
特此批复。<br>
