经研究决定：<br>
任命董梁为省政府国有资产监督管理委员会主任；<br>
任命胡宏为省公务员局局长；<br>
任命蔡英凤为省科学技术厅副厅长；<br>
任命陈晓冬为省商务厅副厅长，试用期一年；<br>
任命潘闵为省市场监督管理局副局长，试用期一年；<br>
免去孙津的省商务厅副厅长职务；<br>
免去蔡湧啸的省机关事务管理局副局长职务。 <br>
