各市、县（市、区）人民政府，省各委办厅局，省各直属单位：<br>
经研究决定：<br>
任命桂俊为省政府副秘书长，免去其省政府办公厅副主任职务；<br>
任命赵立宏为省司法厅副厅长；<br>
任命张慧为省信访局副厅级信访督查专员，试用期一年；<br>
任命王奇志为南京博物院院长，试用期一年；<br>
免去刘光的省信访局副局长职务。 <br>
