Provincial Government's Approval of Wuxi Municipal Government's Repurchase of Luma Highway

This document approves the Wuxi Municipal Government's request to repurchase the operating rights and property rights of the Luma Highway, after which the highway will no longer charge tolls. It requires Wuxi to sign an agreement with Jiangsu Transportation Holding Co., Ltd. and assume maintenance responsibilities.
