2014年2月市政府办公厅转发的《关于推进本市房屋土地征收中企事业单位房屋补偿工作的若干意见》（沪府办发〔2014〕13号），经评估需继续实施，有效期延长至2021年12月31日。<br>
特此通知。<br>
