各区、县人民政府，市政府各委、办、局：<br>
市政府办公厅转发市住房保障房屋管理局、市规划国土资源局制订的《关于加强经济适用住房房源管理和房地产登记的若干规定》（沪府办发〔2011〕46号）经评估需继续实施，有效期延长至2018年12月31日。<br>
特此通知。<br>
