大兴安岭地区行政公署，各市、县人民政府，省政府各直属单位： 经省政府领导同意，现将省劳动保障厅和省财政厅联合制定的《全省2008年企业基本养老保险计划》转发给你们，请认真贯彻执行。各地劳动保障、财政等部门要密切配合，采取有效措施，加大扩面、稽核、清理回收企业欠费等项工作力度，进一步做好养老保险基金征缴工作，保证基本养老金按时足额发放。省政府将严格按照全省企业基本养老保险计划统一平衡2008年基金缺口，下拨缺口补助资金。此计划暂未包含未参保集体企业退休人员，待各地核准后，另将其补缴收入和基本养老金支出分别纳入收支计划。 2008年7月5日
