兴安岭地区行政公署，各市、县人民政府，省政府各直属单位： 省劳动保障厅制定的《黑龙江省2005年企业基本养老保险计划》已经省政府领导同意，现转发给你们，请认真贯彻执行。《黑龙江省2005年企业基本养老保险计划》自2005年1月起执行。各级劳动保障行政部门要与地税、财政部门密切配合，采取有效措施，加大扩面、稽核、清理回收企业欠费等项工作力度，切实抓好养老保险基金征缴工作，做到应收尽收，确保养老保险基金按时足额发放。 2005年6月20日
