第90号 根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》规定，经２００４年６月２２日广东省人民政府第十届４２次常务会议讨论通过，决定废止《广东省船舶设计资格认可办法》。 由于《广东省开展全民义务植树运动的实施细则》的内容已被《广东省全民义务植树条例》所涵盖，省人民政府决定废止《广东省开展全民义务植树运动的实施细则》。 现予发布，自发布之日起施行。省长二〇〇四年七月二十九日
