广东省人民政府关于明确环境 保护税收入归属问题的通知 粤府函〔2018〕92号 各地级以上市人民政府，各县（市、区）人民政府，省政府各部门、各直属机构： 《中华人民共和国环境保护税法》已于2018年1月1日起施行。根据《国务院关于环境保护税收入归属问题的通知》（国发〔2017〕56号）规定，环境保护税全部作为地方收入。为促进各地保护和改善环境、增加环境保护投入，省人民政府决定，我省环境保护税全部作为市县收入。 广东省人民政府 2018年4月21日
