Notice of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government on Clarifying the Ownership of Environmental Protection Tax Revenue

This notice clarifies that all environmental protection tax revenue collected in Guangzhou shall be allocated entirely as district-level income, in accordance with provincial regulations, to encourage local environmental protection and improvement efforts.
