This notice announces the results of a city-wide review of local regulations, government rules, and normative documents concerning administrative licensing, conducted to implement the national Administrative Licensing Law, and specifies decisions on amending, retaining, or repealing specific items.

珠府〔2004〕11号各区人民政府，经济功能区，市府直属各单位： 为了贯彻实施《中华人民共和国行政许可法》，根据省法制办关于我省清理行政许可有关规定的工作方案的要求，市人民政府对我市涉及行政许可的有关规定进行了清理，对地方性法规、政府规章、规范性文件分别作出了建议修改、拟修改、暂时保留、废止等决定。其中地方性法规建议修改2件；政府规章暂时保留3件，废止6件，拟修改6件；规范性文件暂时保留7件，废止22件，拟修改6件。现将有关清理结果予以公布（见附表一至七）。对建议修改的地方性法规由市人民政府提请市人大常委会进行清理；对拟修改的政府规章及规范性文件，其实施机关应及时报送有关修改材料，经市法制局审查后重新颁布施行；对暂时保留的政府规章及规范性文件，各部门应密切关注国家及省有关法规、规章的修改情况并作相应处理。珠海市人民政府二○○四年二月十七日
