Supplementary Notice on Implementing the Zhuhai City Measures for Assisting Impoverished Persons with Disabilities

This supplementary notice expands the Zhuhai City assistance program for impoverished persons with disabilities by adding moderately disabled individuals receiving minimum living allowances as eligible for monthly subsidies and including the blind massage industry in the job placement subsidy program.

珠府办〔2007〕63号各区人民政府，经济功能区，市府直属各单位： 为了更好地扶助我市贫困残疾人，解决残疾人生活的实际困难，经市人民政府同意，现对贯彻执行《珠海市扶助贫困残疾人实施办法》（珠府办〔2006〕46号，以下简称《办法》）作如下补充通知： 一、增加享受最低生活保障的中度残疾人（指按照《中国残疾人实用评定标准》评定的二级肢体残疾、二级精神残疾和三级智力残疾）为贫困残疾人困难补助对象，补助标准为每人每月50元，申请和发放补助的程序按《办法》规定执行。 二、把盲人按摩行业列入新招用残疾人岗位补贴范围，补贴标准、申请和发放程序按《办法》规定执行。 三、以上补充规定从2008年1月1日起施行。 珠海市人民政府办公室 二○○七年十月九日
