为全面推进依法行政，规范行政执法行为，进一步提高我市行政执法水平，根据《国务院办公厅关于推行行政执法责任制的若干意见》（国办发〔2005〕37号）和省政府办公厅《关于进一步推行行政执法职权公开透明运行工作的意见》（粤府办〔2007〕76号）的要求，我市市直行政执法部门已完成分解行政执法职权、明确行政执法责任的工作。现通过市政府门户网站（www.zhuhai.gov.cn）和市法制局网站予以公布，供社会公众查询和监督。特此公告。 珠海市人民政府二○○八年十二月二十二日
