为全面推进依法行政，进一步规范我市行政执法行为，优化执法环境，提高行政效能，推动建立权责明确、行为规范、监督有效、保障有力的行政执法体制，根据国务院办公厅《关于推行行政执法责任制的若干意见》（国办发〔2005〕37号）的要求，市保密局已完成执法主体、执法行为、执法依据的梳理工作。现通过市政府门户网站（www.zhuhai.gov.cn）和市法制局网站（www.fzj.gov.cn）予以公布，供社会公众查询和监督。 特此公告。 珠海市人民政府 二○○八年十二月二十九日
