市城市更新局： 你局《关于审批西区金莱制衣工改工项目“三旧”改造方案的请示》（中山更新请〔2020〕74号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、原则同意《西区金莱制衣工改工项目“三旧”改造方案》（下称《改造方案》）。《改造方案》的实施，应符合我市城市更新（“三旧”改造）有关规定，以及我市有关规划管控、产业准入和环境保护的要求。 二、你局要牵头做好上述“三旧”改造项目实施的跟踪、督 办和考核工作。 三、西区街道办事处要与项目实施主体于《改造方案》获批之日起3个月内签订项目实施监管协议，并做好项目后续建设的跟进工作。 四、本批复有效期2年，项目动工时间以批复的《改造方案》为准。中山市人民政府2020年12月8日
