关于修改《惠州市被征地农民养老保险暂行办法》的通知惠府〔2007〕188号各县、区人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 市人民政府决定对《惠州市被征地农民养老保险暂行办法》（市政府令第40号）作如下修改： 将第二条修改为：本办法适用于征地时享有农村集体土地承包权的在册农业人口，包括城市规划区内被征地农民和城市规划区外被征地农民，即在城市规划区内（含县城、镇政府所在地）因征地失去二分之一以上农用地的人员；在城市规划区外经依法批准征收或征用土地后，被征地农户人均耕地面积低于所在县、区农业人口人均耕地面积的三分之一的人员（以下统称被征地农民）。 本通知自发布之日起施行。 《惠州市被征地农民养老保险暂行办法》根据本通知作相应的修订，重新公布。 惠州市人民政府二〇〇七年十二月十七日
