惠府办〔2011〕15号各县、区人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构：按照《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好房地产市场调控工作有关问题的通知》（国办发〔2011〕1号）要求，经十届150次市政府常务会议研究，同意我市2011年市区新建住房价格以2010年底新建住房价格为基数，增长幅度不高于居民人均可支配收入的增长幅度。请采取切实有效措施，确保实现调控目标。惠州市人民政府办公室二○一一年三月二十九日
