惠府〔2012〕112号 为加快推进我市法治政府建设和行政执法责任制示范市创建工作，明晰行政执法权限，进一步强化执法责任，提高行政执法水平，根据《广东省行政执法责任制条例》和省政府法制办公室《关于开展行政执法职权核准界定公告工作的通知》（粤府法〔2010〕23号）要求，现将我市第二批21个市级部门的行政执法（不含行政许可）职权及依据予以公布。相关内容可在惠州市人民政府网（http:\/\/www.huizhou.gov.cn）和惠州市法制局网站（http:\/\/ fzj.huizhou.gov.cn）查阅。 特此公告。惠州市人民政府 2012年10月19日
