市自然资源局：你局《关于申请批准〈中山市神湾镇外沙北片区控制性详细规划（2020）外沙环山渠勘误维护〉成果的请示》（中山自然资报〔2022〕411号）收悉，批复如下：一、经审核，《中山市神湾镇外沙北片区控制性详细规划（2020）外沙环山渠勘误维护》业经专家评审、社会公示审议通过，符合《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》《城市、镇控制性详细规划编制审批办法》等有关规定，因此，同意《中山市神湾镇外沙北片区控制性详细规划（2020）外沙环山渠勘误维护》，其中的外沙环山渠西段线位走向、规划断面宽度及两侧退让要求作为相关地块的规划审批依据。二、你局要会同神湾镇政府加强认真执行上述外沙环山渠勘误维护内容，加强实施的指导、监督和检查，确保项目实施建设时相关技术规范及管控要求，不得随意调整。同时，将已批外沙环山渠勘误维护内容落实到相应片区控制性详细规划（或村庄规划）中。三、你局要在上述勘误维护成果获批之日起20个工作日内，向社会公布。中山市人民政府 2022年5月8日
