市住房城乡建设局： 你局《关于审定中山市中心城区智慧灯杆改造专项规划设计成果的请示》（中建请〔2022〕114号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、原则同意《中山市中心城区智慧灯杆改造专项规划》。 二、《中山市中心城区智慧灯杆改造专项规划》确定的规划期限为2022-2025年。市各有关部门和各镇街要根据《中山市中心城区智慧灯杆改造专项规划》开展智慧灯杆改造规划审批。 三、《中山市中心城区智慧灯杆改造专项规划》是本市智慧灯杆改造审批的依据，任何单位和个人不得擅自更改。市各有关部门和各镇街要采取有效措施，加强规划管控，确保规划顺利实施。在规划实施过程中涉及规划调整的，需按原规划审批程序报市人民政府审批。 中山市人民政府 2022年5月19日
