市自然资源局： 你局《关于申请批准实施〈中山市紫线控制规划〉的请示》收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、经审核，《中山市紫线控制规划》（下称《规划》）的目标、任务明确，编制依据充分，运用技术标准及规程规范恰当，内容较全面，对全市历史文化保护具有积极意义，原则同意《规划》。 二、《规划》是我市历史建筑及历史文化街区保护管理工作的依据，任何单位和个人不得擅自更改。市各有关部门和各镇街要采取有效措施，在城乡建设和城市更新中，严格按照《规划》要求落实紫线范围内的规划、建设和管理工作。在城市紫线范围内进行新建或者改建各类建筑物、构建物和其他设施应当依照相关法律、法规的规定，办理相关手续后方可进行。 三、要把《规划》要求落实到我市2035国土空间规划及相关控规中，做好规划引导和规划管控工作。 中山市人民政府 2022年8月24日
