《广东省文物保护单位湖心坝民居群保护规划（2022—2041）》(以下简称《保护规划》)已经广东省人民政府同意。根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省实施〈中华人民共和国文物保护法〉办法》等有关规定，现通告如下： 一、《保护规划》是实施广东省文物保护单位湖心坝民居群的文物保护工作的法律依据，各有关单位要做好《保护规划》的组织实施和文物保护、管理、展示等工作。 二、《保护规划》信息请查询韶关市文化广电旅游体育局网站（http:\/\/wgltj.sg.gov.cn\/）。 三、《保护规划》自本通告发布之日起实施。 韶关市人民政府 2022年7月15日
