市民政局： 你局《关于提请批准〈中山市殡葬设施布局专项规划（2024-2035）〉成果的请示》（中民事务〔2026〕4号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、原则同意《中山市殡葬设施布局专项规划（2024-2035年）》（以下简称《规划》）。 二、《规划》为我市殡葬设施建设的指导性文件，我市殡葬设施的规划、建设原则上应符合《规划》要求。你局要会同有关部门加强对《规划》实施的指导、监督工作，督促指导镇街要按照《规划》的有关要求开展建设和管理工作，不得随意调整《规划》有关内容。确需调整的，应按法定程序进行。 三、你局应当在《规划》获批准之日起20个工作日内向社会公布。中山市人民政府2026年2月14日
